  I have had all my stuff in storage for about 2 years and Jock and Helen have been the best. The facility is easy to get to and the worst thing I can say about my gear when I took it out was that it was a bit dusty....just natural. Jock was so accommodating once when I phoned and asked him not to take my monthly payment on a certain day as it did not line up with my pay day and it was no problem. Today he reminded me about the bond I paid when I first stored my stuff and asked me to send my bank details so that he could refund it. If he had not reminded me I would not have remembered. I would recommend there storage facility and their high business ethics to anyone. Thank you Jock and Helen. It was good to know my possessions were in a good and safe place when I was so far away.

  Have stored with Alcatraz for two years. Great facility and fantastic service. Jock has received shipments on our behalf and stored items into our units. Hellen has even provided sheets to cover items. Absolutely recommend especially, if like us, you live elsewhere.

  Fantastic establishment. Jock was very helpful and the area was easy to navigate and use. Would go again if needed and recommend highly :)
